Below is a general breakdown of my services and pricing. Every project is a little different, so final pricing is always discussed and agreed upon before any work begins. Total cost will be spilt between two invoices (one before work begins and one before site goes live).

Static Website (5 pages)
- $600 + $50 per additional page
- Best for small businesses, creatives, and informational sites. -
Dynamic Website
- Starting at $1,000
- Includes advanced functionality such as databases, user accounts, or custom features. -
E-commerce Website
- Starting at $1,200
- Includes product listings, checkout setup, and basic store functionality. (Client must have an existing POS or e-commerce platform)
Ongoing Maintenance & Support

- $100/month — includes small edits, content updates, bug fixes, and general maintenance.
- Larger changes (new pages, redesigns, major updates) are billed at $50/hour. -
Dynamic Websites
- $200/month — includes updates, bug fixes, and general maintenance.
- Larger changes (new pages, redesigns, major updates) are billed at $50/hour. -
E-commerce Websites
- $400/month — includes updating products, adding promotional material, and general maintenance.
- Larger changes (new pages, redesigns, major updates) are billed at $50/hour.
Hosting & Ownership
Clients are responsible for hosting and domain costs. I'll set up everything initially, but once the site goes live, ownership is fully transferred to you — you legally own your website and all related assets. The initial quote includes the first year of domain and hosting costs. After launch, it’s recommended to enable auto-renew to avoid service interruptions.
